Becky was a stay-at-home wife and mother of two. When on vacation in an artsy community, she discovered wire-wrapped jewelry in a shop. She was determined to learn how to wire-wrap. After taking a basic wire-wrapping class, she was inspired to master this art. She made this her passion since then and has done more than a dozen shows annually from Ohio to Florida. She uses basic hand tools to make bracelets, pendants, earrings, and rings.
She makes use of sterling silver and gold-filled wire and beads, gems, and semi-precious stones in her creations. She is a member of the Sheltowee Art Guild, Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsman, and Kentucky Crafted. She has served as President of the Kentucky Guild and was a long-time officer of Sheltowee. She was also guest artist at Dollywood for over a decade and taught wire-wrapping at William Holland School of Lapidary Arts for many years.
You can find this artist's work in our online store and in our gallery, located in Berea, Kentucky!
