Miniature Pastel Painting Courses
March 20th @ 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with lunch break)
May 15 @ 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with lunch break)
September 18 @ 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (with lunch break)
Using pastel chalk and colored paper on sanded toned paper, Diana Colgate teaches basic pastel technique to create miniature and landscape paintings. Suitable for both the newcomer and the experienced artist, the class will be surprised what they can create in this fun half-day workshop. In this relaxed environment, each class member will leave with both a 2.5” x 3.5” and a 4” x 5” work of art. The cost of materials is included in the price of the course.
Note: As soft pastels create dust, participants who have breathing problems may need to bring a face mask or take their needs into consideration.
Cost: $55 (tickets)
